Returns & Refund Policy

At Infused Beauty & Body Co, each product is carefully handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of body care products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, or personal preference once an order has been placed.

Please choose carefully and feel free to contact us prior to purchasing if you have any questions about our products.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at infusedbeautyandbodyco@gmail.com, including:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or faulty item

We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

As everyone’s skin is different, we cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivities. We strongly recommend patch testing before full use. Full ingredient lists are provided to help you make informed choices.

Lost Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility passes to the courier. If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the courier.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
